The garden is officially dead. It's been so incredibly hot here, and too expensive to water it as much as it really needed. I can barely stand to go outside in this nasty heat. It seems like summer came one day with a vengeance, and has decided never to leave again. No need for weight loss pills in this state - just go outside and 20 pounds will melt off in 20 minutes! Seems like we can't get a break from it either - no rain - no relief! Plus it's not just a little hot - it's been over a hundred degrees for weeks now, and most days my car thermometer is reading 112 or better. YUCK!!
Come on rain!! We need you!!

We are in a serious heat wave too! It's been over 40*C!! It's been hot, but great for swimming. I won't complain since snow is just around the corner again..LOL
